Charlotte on kefir with apples in a slow cooker

Charlotte on kefir turns out to be incredibly appetizing and lush. Kefir reacts well with baking soda, which is a good substitute for baking powder. But apples can be of any kind. Delicate pieces will turn baked goods into real treats.
