Charlotte with milk and semolina is an excellent homemade baking recipe. The biscuit turns out to be not so fluffy, but very tasty and more tender. This charlotte is a bit like cottage cheese. Apples, pears or bananas - everyone chooses the filling for himself. This delicacy never gets boring!
