Charlotte on sour cream with apples and pears

Charlotte is one of the most popular and incredibly delicious homemade pies. Cooked with apples and pears, it tastes even better. Such a delicacy will decorate any tea party and the guests will be delighted!

Combine eggs and sugar in a deep container, beat until smooth, white mass using a mixer. And then add sour cream, and again stir everything thoroughly.

Sift the wheat flour through a strainer to make the charlotte more airy. Add baking powder to the flour and mix.
