Charlotte on sour cream in a slow cooker

Charlotte cooked with sour cream in a slow cooker turns out to be incredibly lush and tender. Soft, aromatic biscuit and juicy baked apple slices are a real treat that you can't tear yourself away from. You can't think of a better treat for tea!

We break the eggs into a deep container, add sugar and beat with a mixer for 5-7 minutes. until thickened.

Add sifted flour, baking powder, sour cream, semolina, soft butter and cinnamon to the egg mass. Mix everything thoroughly.

Wash the apples, peel them and cut them into thin slices.

Lubricate the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil. Pour half of the dough into it. Lay the apple slices on top in an even layer and fill them with the remaining dough again. Decorate the top with the rest of the apples. We turn on the "Baking" mode for 60 minutes.
