To begin with, a dough is made from eggs, sugar, vegetable oil, cottage cheese, wheat flour. It is poured into a baking dish, and apricots are laid out on top. Charlotte is baked for an hour and turns out to be very tasty.

We send eggs and granulated sugar to a suitable bowl. Beat everything thoroughly with a whisk. More sugar can be added, depending on the sweetness of the apricots. Pour in vegetable oil and mix well.

Now we knead the cottage cheese with a fork, send it into a container with eggs and stir everything thoroughly. Next, we sift wheat flour with baking powder through a sieve and send everything to the curd mass.
