Charlotte with banana in a slow cooker

Do you want an easy-to-play, but not beaten-down dessert? Try a lush charlotte stuffed with bananas. The set of products is as simple as possible, and cooking in a multicooker will make the process even more comfortable.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
Beat eggs with a mixer. Then add sugar and vanilla sugar. The latter can be replaced with ordinary vanilla, but then it will not need more than half a teaspoon so that the charlotte does not taste bitter. Beat until sugar is completely dissolved and rich foam.
step 2 out of 7
Sift the flour, stirring gradually with a spoon. The dough should be thick, without lumps.
step 3 out of 7
We wash the apple and peel it. Cut into medium sized cubes. We make sure that no bones are hit.
step 4 out of 7
Cut the bananas into thin slices. This will make it easier to mix them.
step 5 out of 7
The banana and apple mixture should be even. We put the fruit mass on a bowl pre-coated with butter and fill it with dough.
step 6 out of 7
We select the "baking" mode. The multicooker programs of different brands are slightly different, but focus on the required time of 40-50 minutes and a temperature of 160-180 degrees.
step 7 out of 7
We take out the charlotte on a plate by turning the bowl over. Divide into portions and lightly sprinkle with powdered sugar. You can also garnish with fresh bananas or chocolate chips.
