Delicious and appetizing charlotte will be an excellent dessert for tea! Try to cook it with sour cream, so the dough will turn out to be especially thick and juicy and soft. And pears will give the cake an amazing taste and aroma! If desired, the finished charlotte can be decorated with powdered sugar.

Let's prepare all the ingredients so that they are one, preferably at room temperature.

Break the eggs, mix with sugar and sour cream. Beat them with a mixer.

Sift the flour through a strainer, combine it with a baking powder and gradually introduce it into the dough. Stir everything thoroughly so that there are no lumps.
