Charlotte is a delicious and sweet dessert. Almost every housewife has her own recipe for its preparation. Charlotte on kefir turns out to be very soft and fluffy. And the pear gives the delicacy a special charm. Try it yourself!

We wash the pears, cut them into small slices and spread them in an even layer on the bottom of the baking dish (grease it with vegetable oil beforehand). Sprinkle the pear with cinnamon and granulated sugar on top.

Sift the flour through a strainer, add sugar, baking powder, eggs and kefir. Stir with a mixer until a whole thick mass.

Fill the pears with the finished mass and level it over the entire baking dish. We put the charlotte in the oven for 20 minutes. And we bake at 180 degrees.
