Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
We clean and rinse the mushrooms under cool water. If the mushrooms are large, we cut them into slices of 2-3 mm, if small, it is enough to cut them in half. We put them in a preheated pan with vegetable oil and fry.
step 2 out of 8
We clean the onion and chop thinly, send it to the pan with the mushrooms, fry it a little.
step 3 out of 8
Remove a couple of top leaves from the cabbage, rinse it under running water and finely chop it, you can use a special knife or grater. After that, you need to knead the cabbage with your hands a little so that it becomes softer. We clean and wash the carrots, grate and add to the cabbage.
step 4 out of 8
We send the cabbage to the pan with mushrooms and onions, salt and pepper to taste. Fry everything until soft, if desired, add a little greenery at the end. If the cabbage is hard, you need to stew it for about 15 minutes under the lid.
step 5 out of 8
While the filling is being prepared, we will do the dough. In a container, beat the eggs with a whisk, sift the flour with baking powder there and add sugar, mix everything well. The consistency of the dough is like a pancake.
step 6 out of 8
Lubricate the multicooker bowl with butter. Pour half of the dough into the bottom of the bowl, then lay out the filling, level it with a spatula, then lay out the remaining dough again.
step 7 out of 8
We close the lid of the multicooker, use the “Menu” button to set the “Baking” mode for 40 minutes and press the “Start” button. When the time has elapsed, the multicooker will beep. After that, open the lid of the multicooker, carefully using the clamps, take out the bowl and put the cutting board on top, turn the charlotte on the board. Then, using a spatula, put the charlotte in the bowl and bake the charlotte on the other side for another 20 minutes.
step 8 out of 8
Let the finished charlotte cool a little, transfer it to a dish and cut into portions. Bon Appetit.
