Charlotte is a pastry that is painfully familiar to everyone, and has long become commonplace in many families. But how to diversify an ordinary dish, adding freshness and cheerful summer mood to it? Very simple! It is enough to replace apples with fresh strawberries - and the unusual taste and aroma is guaranteed.
