Let's add variety to the usual apple charlotte: add raspberries. Red berries will not only provide brightness, but also add a pleasant aroma and delicate sourness. To make the baking soft and fluffy, beat the egg base with high quality - the mixer will be the best assistant.

We wash and dry the raspberries in advance. We do the same with apples.

Break the eggs into a beating container, add sugar and beat with a mixer until a light fluffy foam is obtained. Sift flour into a separate bowl, mix with baking soda and salt.

Gradually add the flour mixture to the egg-sugar mass and knead a light fluffy dough. Grease the baking dish with butter. If the mold is silicone, you do not need to lubricate. Pour half of the kneaded dough into the prepared form. Lay out the apple pieces on the dough.
