Charlotte is a delicious way to dispose of apples. Flavored with cinnamon and fried in butter, they show their juiciness and tenderness, and this aroma, like no other, is associated with home comfort. Cooking will not take much time, even novice housewives can handle such a recipe.
Ingredients
Cooking process
To prepare the dough, break the eggs into a wide bowl, cover with granulated sugar and beat with a mixer at high speed until a lush, almost white foam is formed. Add sour cream and baking powder, beat again at medium speed. Last of all, add the pre-sifted flour and also beat the resulting dough with a mixer at medium speed. Now you need to set the dough aside and let it stand for half an hour at room temperature.
Wash the apples, dry, cut into quarters and cut out the seed capsule. Cut the quarters into slices five to seven millimeters thick. Place a frying pan on the stove and melt the butter there. Pour apple slices into hot oil and fry them until slightly softened and a light crust forms. After browning, sprinkle cinnamon on warm slices and stir gently, trying to keep the slices intact.
Bon Appetit!
