Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
Break eggs into a wide bowl, add half of the specified sugar and salt. Mix everything thoroughly with a whisk until smooth. Put a piece of soft butter and half a teaspoon of vanillin in the mixture, mix everything with a whisk. For convenience, you can use a mixer and run it at medium speed.
step 2 out of 7
Sift the flour to enrich it with oxygen and pour it into the egg-oil mixture. We also add baking powder and mix everything until a thick dough is obtained. The dough turns out to be soft, not flowing, falls off the spoon.
step 3 out of 7
Let's start preparing the filling. Combine cottage cheese, remaining sugar, sour cream, egg in a separate bowl. Mix everything thoroughly with a spoon until smooth. Lumps of cottage cheese will remain in the mass - in the finished charlotte, together with blueberries, they will create a large texture of the filling.
step 4 out of 7
Thoroughly coat the baking dish with oil. If the mold is silicone, then you do not need to lubricate it. Spoon the dough into a mold, distributing it around the entire perimeter. At the edges of the mold, press down the dough with a spoon and form low sides that will hold the curd-blueberry filling.
step 5 out of 7
Pour blueberries onto the dough with sides, sprinkle them with two tablespoons of sugar.
step 6 out of 7
Pour the blueberries, distributed over the dough, with the curd mixture, trying to cover the berries and not get on the sides. We put the mold with the future charlotte in an oven preheated to 180 degrees to the middle level. Baking time is about thirty minutes. The sides of the charlotte should brown well, and the curd surface should turn golden.
step 7 out of 7
We take out the finished charlotte from the oven, let it cool slightly and carefully, so as not to damage it, remove it from the mold. Cool completely, cut into portions and serve. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.

Bon Appetit!
