Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 9
Let's start cooking charlotte by kneading the dough. Crack the eggs and pour them into a deep bowl. Salt a little and begin to beat with a mixer. Weigh or measure out the required amount of granulated sugar, set aside a couple of tablespoons for the filling. Pour the rest of the sugar into the bowl for the eggs. Whisk everything together until fluffy.
step 2 out of 9
To make the cake more fluffy, you must use sifted wheat flour. After sifting, add it and baking powder to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Mix everything thoroughly until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
step 3 out of 9
The next step is to combine granulated sugar, cottage cheese and butter. For this recipe, soft cottage cheese is better. Place it in a bowl, add a couple of tablespoons of sugar and butter left earlier for the filling. For ease of mixing, use softened butter. To do this, you can first take it out of the refrigerator or slightly warm it up in the microwave. Stir all ingredients until smooth.
step 4 out of 9
Peel the apples and cut in a way that is convenient for you.
step 5 out of 9
Let's prepare the multicooker pan. Lubricate it with vegetable oil so that it is easier to get the cake later. Pour half of the dough into a saucepan. Then pour about half of the chopped apples onto it.
step 6 out of 9
Spread the curd filling over the apples.
step 7 out of 9
Cover the filling with the remaining dough and lay the apples on top.
step 8 out of 9
Close the lid and turn on the Baking program. Baking will take 1 hour. When ready, cool the charlotte and remove from the multicooker.
step 9 out of 9
Charlotte with cottage cheese and apples is ready to eat. Decorate with powdered sugar and serve.

Enjoy your tea!
