Many people know: if you add a new ingredient to a familiar dish, it will sparkle with new colors. Today we will cook the well-known charlotte with apples, and the new ingredient will be a banana! The perfect combination of sweet banana and sour apple will definitely suit your taste.

We prepare the food: we take the eggs out of the refrigerator in advance so that they beat better, they should be at room temperature. Choose hard apples with sourness. The banana should be ripe, but not too soft.

In a deep bowl, combine the eggs with sugar and beat them with a whisk until smooth.

Sift the flour into the egg mass in several stages, alternating it with the addition of milk, knead all the ingredients well so that the dough turns out without lumps. Then add sour cream mixed with soda and vanillin. The resulting dough should not be too thick, resemble liquid sour cream in consistency.

Wash apples, peel and core. Shred apples into pieces 6-8 mm thick. We send them to the dough.

Peel the banana and cut into half rings approximately 8-10 mm thick. Add it to the dough and mix well.

For baking, we use a silicone mold, since it has a textured bottom, grease it a little with butter so that the finished cake leaves it well. Put the dough in a mold and put it in a preheated oven for 35-40 minutes. We bake until the characteristic golden brown crust. We take out the finished charlotte from the oven, let it cool well.
