Charlotte with apples and blueberries

Blueberries, like other summer berries, are not only tasty on their own, but also good for homemade baking, both fresh and frozen. In this recipe, you are invited to complement apple charlotte with blueberries. Knead the dough on kefir with baking powder, and replace part of the flour with semolina. A beautifully formed dessert will decorate any festive table.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
First, measure out the amount of all ingredients specified in the recipe, which is important for successful baking. Melt a piece of butter in any way, and pour into a bowl for kneading dough.
step 2 out of 7
Then break one egg to the butter, add sugar and pour in slightly warmed kefir. Whisk these ingredients well.
step 3 out of 7
In a separate bowl, sift wheat flour onto a sieve, add semolina, vanillin and baking powder to it and stir with a spoon. Pour the dry mixture over the liquid ingredients and knead the dough until smooth.
step 4 out of 7
Then pour blueberries into the dough and stir so that the berries are evenly distributed in the dough.
step 5 out of 7
A baking dish, preferably a round one, grease with oil or cover with a piece of parchment paper. Pour the kneaded dough into the mold. Rinse the apples and, after removing the seed pods, chop them into thin slices of the same size. Then lay the apple slices nicely on top of the dough.
step 6 out of 7
Bake charlotte in an oven preheated to 220 ° C for 35 minutes and until golden brown.
step 7 out of 7
Charlotte with blueberries and apples is ready. Cool it a little, gently remove it from the mold, sprinkle with powdered sugar for decoration and serve.
Delicious and successful baking!
