Charlotte with apples and cranberries

Charlotte is homemade cakes with a delicate biscuit base. I suggest making a charlotte with apples and cranberries. Cranberries can be used both fresh and frozen. Charlotte turns out to be moderately sweet with a slight pleasant sourness and airy structure. I definitely recommend making a pie, you will not regret it.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 12
Turn the oven on to preheat. Melt the butter in a saucepan over the fire or in the microwave. Grease the prepared baking dish with a small amount of oil (if the mold is silicone, you do not need to grease it) or cover it with parchment.
step 2 out of 12
Wash the apples well. Peel apples from skin and core and cut in any way. Place on the bottom of the prepared form.
step 3 out of 12
Rinse the cranberries well and leave in a colander to drain all the liquid.
step 4 out of 12
Place the cranberries on top of the apples.
step 5 out of 12
Sprinkle brown sugar over the filling.
step 6 out of 12
Pour in orange juice.
step 7 out of 12
Break the chilled eggs into a deep bowl. Begin whisking at low speed, gradually adding granulated sugar, softened butter, vanilla sugar and cinnamon, increasing the speed of the mixer.
step 8 out of 12
Add sour cream and continue stirring with a mixer.
step 9 out of 12
Sift the flour together with the baking powder into the resulting mass, mix gently with a whisk.
step 10 out of 12
Pour the dough over the apples and cranberries. Smooth with a silicone spatula.
step 11 out of 12
Place the charlotte in a well-preheated oven for 50 minutes. Bake at 180 degrees. Check readiness with a wooden skewer.
step 12 out of 12
Let the cake cool, remove from the mold, cut into portions. Decorate with powdered sugar.
Charlotte turns out to be airy with a pronounced taste. You will definitely get an unforgettable pleasure.
