We offer you another option for making charlotte - with cherries and apples. The usual taste of apple charlotte is complemented by cherry notes and pleasant berry sourness, which, in combination with sweet dough, conveys the great taste of this dessert.

In a deep container, using a blender, mix the eggs and sugar, beat until a fluffy foam forms for about 10 minutes.

Sift the flour into the egg mixture and add vanillin, stir with a spoon until smooth, so that the dough turns out without lumps.

We wash fresh cherries under running water and peel them. If the cherries are frozen, we defrost them, put them in a colander so that the glass has excess moisture and clean them from the seeds.

Wash the apple and cut it into wedges. If the peel is very hard, peel it off.

Lubricate the mold with butter, put some berries on the bottom of the mold, cover them with 1/3 of the dough and put apple slices on the dough, again cover 1/3 of the dough and put the berries on it again.
