The classic charlotte is a terrific recipe for quick homemade baking. She is loved for the incredible flavor combination of sour apples and sweet dough. This amazing delicate cake is perfect for both family tea drinking and meeting guests. Try it yourself!

We wash the apples for charlotte and remove the peel from them. Cut 2 apples into small cubes, and cut the rest into oblong thin slices. We will use them for decoration.

For the dough, mix eggs and sugar in a deep container, beat them into a thick mass using a mixer. We add kefir to them, and soda, slaked with vinegar. Add diced apples to the dough. Mix everything thoroughly.

Thoroughly grease the baking dish with vegetable oil and pour out the dough, level it over the surface with an even layer. Put the apples on top in slices and send the charlotte to the oven for 30-40 minutes. We look at readiness with a toothpick. Charlotte should be soft with a golden brown crust.
