Charlotte without eggs is no worse than the classic recipe for this amazing cake! Instead, add sunflower oil and a little more kefir. The delicacy turns out to be delicious! Very soft, lush and incredibly aromatic! Real jam!

Combine bulk products (semolina, flour, sugar, baking powder) in a deep container and mix.
