What to do if you want baked goods, but there is no oven. Take advantage of this recipe! Juicy apple charlotte can be successfully cooked on the stove in a skillet. It is good if the apples for such a recipe have tender pulp, which quickly becomes soft when cooked. This charlotte is perfect for breakfast - it cooks quickly and is quite nutritious in composition.
Ingredients
Cooking process
We process apples: they need to be washed and dried. Cut each into quarters and cut the seed pods with a thin knife. To cut or not cut the apple peel is a matter of taste. One has only to remember that the skin is always denser than the pulp, and does not soften completely during heat treatment. Cut the apple quarters into thin slices. To keep the apples their light color, it is worth sprinkling them lightly with lemon juice.
After unfolding the apples, immediately cover with a lid and cook on medium-low temperature for 15 minutes. During cooking, it is undesirable to open the lid for the first 5-7 minutes. At the end of cooking, you can open it to check the degree of doneness. If you want a golden brown crust on both sides, it is permissible to turn the charlotte with a wide spatula and fry for another 3-4 minutes.
Bon Appetit!
