Charlotte with frozen blueberries

As an alternative to the traditional charlotte with apples, you can at any time of the year prepare an equally delicious dessert - charlotte with frozen blueberries, because every housewife has this berry in the freezer. Blueberries are defrosted in advance, and the dough is kneaded according to the usual recipe and with the help of kitchen gadgets or just a whisk. The berries are usually not mixed with the dough, otherwise they will color it, but are stacked in layers. The recipe is simple.

Ingredients

Cooking process
