Turkey thigh shashlik cooks quickly - the roasting process will take no more than fifteen minutes. Although, of course, you need to marinate the meat in advance. Prepare the marinade with the addition of honey. This means that the pieces of barbecue will be covered with a particularly beautiful golden crust - this is the result of the "work" of fructose.

Cooking the marinade for the turkey. Pour cold-pressed olive oil into a bowl, add soy sauce. Add some salt (remember that soy sauce is also salty). Next, add honey and mustard. If the honey is solid, then we preliminarily melt it in the microwave to a liquid state. With a whisk, mix all the ingredients well until smooth - the marinade is ready.

Wash the turkey thighs, dry with a paper towel and cut the fillets from the bone. Cut the fillet into pieces of equal size. We put the meat in a deep container.

Pour the cooked marinade into the turkey and mix everything together with your hands. The composition should be evenly distributed over all the pieces. We tighten the container with cling film and leave to marinate for at least one and a half to two hours in the refrigerator. If possible, it is better to prepare everything in advance and leave the meat in the marinade overnight.

We prepare a grill with embers. No open flame is allowed. We string pieces of pickled turkey on skewers and send them to the grill. We cook the kebab for about twelve to fifteen minutes. It is important to constantly rotate the kebab during cooking so that a golden brown crust forms on all sides and there is no risk of burning. It is important not to overdry the kebab.
