BBQ chicken wings on the grill

The culinary status of chicken wings has recently risen from a secondary offal to a delicacy, because when baked, and especially on the grill, they turn out to be tender and crispy. You can choose the marinade for them to your liking, and, of course, raw wings must be of good quality. In this recipe, you are invited to marinate kebab wings in mayonnaise-soy sauce with spices.

Clean the chicken wings from the remaining feathers, then rinse them well and pat dry with a kitchen towel. Place the prepared wings in a deep bowl.

Measure out the indicated amount of marinade ingredients.

Put mayonnaise in a separate bowl, pour soy sauce to it, add dry seasonings, add chives chopped on a garlic and hot pepper pod chopped into thin rings. Whisk these ingredients well.

During this time, prepare the grill. Place the pickled wings on the grill or string on metal skewers. Fry the chicken wings skewers on all sides until golden brown. The roasting time depends on your grill.
