Pork meat must be cleaned of veins and rinsed thoroughly with water. Then put it in a saucepan and pour in about 3 liters. Water. We put on fire and cook for about an hour. During this time, the water will boil away and the amount of broth we need will be obtained.
step 2 out of 6
We clean the onion and cut into small cubes, and it is more convenient to grate the carrots on a coarse grater. After that, combine the vegetables and fry them in vegetable oil until golden brown. When the vegetables are ready, add flour to them and stir fry for another 5 minutes.

Boil the eggs hard-boiled and cool them under ice-cold running water. We cut them into cubes.

Cut the pork meat into small pieces.

We sort out the sorrel and cut it into strips. We send it to the broth and cook for 10 minutes so that it becomes soft.

We transfer all the ingredients to the broth, bring to a boil and remove from heat. Let the soup cool slightly and add sour cream and salt to taste.

Tip: The soup will be even tastier if you add Adyghe cheese to it. To do this, cut it into cubes, roll it in corn flour and fry in vegetable oil. Then add it to the soup and stir. You can also use white bread croutons for serving.
