Sorrel soup without eggs

Prepare the ingredients for your egg-free sorrel soup. Wash potatoes and carrots thoroughly and peel them with a vegetable peeler. Peel the onions. Disassemble cauliflower into inflorescences or use frozen. Remove the sorrel and dill from the freezer.

Finely chop the peeled onions. Grate peeled carrots on a coarse grater or cut into thin strips. Heat a frying pan, add a small amount of vegetable oil, put chopped onions and grated carrots. Fry, stirring occasionally, until tender.
