Sorrel soup with meat broth

I want to share a simple and delicious recipe for a classic sorrel soup with meat broth. Any meat can be used for the broth. I will cook a flavored sorrel soup with chicken broth. I had chicken stock ready. If you do not have broth, it will not be difficult to boil it.

Peel the onions and garlic, cut the peeled onions into small cubes. Pass the peeled garlic through a press.

Put a saucepan with a thick bottom on the fire and heat it up. Pour in a small amount of vegetable oil, add chopped onions and garlic, stirring constantly, fry for a few minutes until transparent.

Wash the potatoes thoroughly, peel with a vegetable peeler and cut into medium cubes.

Then put in a saucepan with fried vegetables, stirring occasionally, fry for 5-7 minutes.
