Boil 1 liter separately. water, add vinegar and boil. Use a spoon to create a funnel in the water and beat in a raw egg. Cook for 3 minutes. The white should set and the yolk should remain soft. Do the same with the rest of the eggs. Pour hot healthy cabbage soup into a plate, put a poached egg and 1 spoonful of sour cream in them. Sprinkle with green crumbs.
