Sorrel soup is one of the traditional dishes of Russian cuisine, which will appeal to supporters of a low-calorie menu and proper nutrition. Sorrel gives the dish a spicy sourness and unique taste. We wash the turkey. Pour water into a saucepan, put the turkey there, put it on fire. When the broth boils, remove the foam that appears, add some salt and cook the turkey until tender over medium heat.

Peel the potatoes, rinse and cut into cubes.

Peel the carrots and onions. Rub the peeled carrots on a coarse grater, and finely chop the onions. Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil and lightly fry the vegetables.
