Sorrel soup with stew

A very simple soup that cooks quickly and does not require a lot of food. Stew will give you a broth, and vegetables with sorrel will provide flavor and richness. Of course, it is better to choose high-quality stew for such a soup. You can take any greens, but the ideal option would be a combination of dill, cilantro and green garlic feathers. To balance the taste, do not forget to add sugar - we taste the soup and orient ourselves according to our own preferences.

Pour water into a saucepan and put it on the stove. Heat to a boil. While the water is heating, peel and rinse the potatoes, carrots and onions. Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Carrots - in circles or semicircles. Cut the onions into small pieces. We immerse the chopped vegetables in boiled water, add salt to taste and cook for ten to fifteen minutes.
