I would like to recommend a great recipe for sorrel soup. This soup can be cooked on the stove, but I will cook in a slow cooker. For a rich and rich broth, choose chicken backs or legs.

Rinse young sorrel under running water and dry. Chop finely. Cut the onions into thin half rings or according to your preference. Then grate the peeled carrots or cut into small cubes. Cut the potatoes into a medium dice, then place in a container and cover with cold water.
