Sorrel cabbage soup in a slow cooker

Light and tasty sorrel soup is good for the heat, when it is the season of this fragrant leafy vegetable. Cooked in chicken broth in a slow cooker with vegetables, it will quickly and satisfyingly feed your entire family.

Peel and wash the vegetables, rinse the herbs. Divide the chicken into small pieces and rinse too.

Cut the potatoes into large cubes, carrots into small cubes, onions into thin strips, chop the greens, finely chop the garlic.

Pour some oil into the multicooker bowl and add the onions, garlic and carrots. Fry the ingredients, setting the "Fry" mode, without closing the lid for 5 - 7 minutes.

Transfer cuts of meat to a bowl, add potatoes and add water. Close the lid and turn on the "Extinguishing" mode. Cook for 1 hour.

When the multicooker turns off, take out the chicken and remove the meat from the bones. Divide it into smaller pieces and return to the soup. Add chopped sorrel, add salt and pepper, add dill. Close the bowl and simmer for another 15 minutes.

Boil eggs separately and peel. Cut them in half and place them on a plate. Top up the hot soup after mixing the ingredients with a ladle. Serve with sour cream if desired.
