Breaded chicken breast schnitzel

Chicken schnitzel is a very “convenient” dish. Hearty, tasty, incredibly attractive, and all the while preparing quickly and easily. Also prepared raw breaded schnitzels can be frozen and fried shortly before serving. An excellent option for a homemade semi-finished product: it will save the hostess, and when it is urgent to feed the family, and when unexpected guests come.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
Dry the chicken breast with a paper towel, then cut it lengthwise into thin even plates about half a centimeter thick.
step 2 out of 8
We beat off the plates with a kitchen hammer, spread them out on a board and cover them with cling film so that splashes do not scatter.
step 3 out of 8
Sprinkle the broken fillet with salt and black pepper. Lightly rub the spices into the surface with your fingers.
step 4 out of 8
Place the bread crumbs in a separate shallow plate. Add paprika, dried oregano and Italian herbs to them. Mix until the spices are evenly distributed.
step 5 out of 8
Rub the suluguni cheese on a fine grater.
step 6 out of 8
Break the egg into a bowl and shake with a fork or whisk. Pour the grated suluguni into the egg mass and mix. Pour flour into the third bowl.
step 7 out of 8
First roll the broken fillet plates in flour, then immerse them in the egg-cheese mass, then put them in a bowl with breadcrumbs and sprinkle them well on the schnitzel on all sides. For a better hold on the breading, you can press down lightly with your fingers. Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan until hot. Put the schnitzels and fry them at medium temperature on both sides for two to three minutes, until you get an even golden brown crust.
step 8 out of 8
Remove the finished schnitzels from the pan and transfer to a dish. Serve hot with fresh vegetables, herbs, sauces. For more satiety, you can accompany the schnitzels with mashed potatoes.

Bon Appetit!
