Chocolate cupcakes with chocolate cream

A soft aromatic sponge cake of cupcakes and a delicious chocolate cream are an amazing tea delicacy! You just can't think of a more appetizing dessert!

Mix eggs with sugar and beat.

Add ghee, milk and cocoa. Gradually introduce flour and knead the dough. Add baking powder and mix.

For the cream, mix, granulated sugar, sour cream, cocoa and softened butter. Beat well with a mixer or whisk.

Lubricate the cupcake molds with vegetable oil. We fill them with dough by 2/5 and put them in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. We bake at a temperature of 200 degrees.
