Chocolate cupcakes with cherries are an incredible dessert that is very easy to make at home. Delicious, soft, with an amazing aroma, they are perfect for a family tea party or meeting with friends!

For the dough, mix all bulk products: flour, baking powder, soda, cocoa and half the sugar.

Beat the remaining sugar with eggs and softened butter into a thick mass. Add yogurt and strong coffee and beat again. We fall asleep in small portions of bulk products. Mix everything thoroughly.

270 ml. put cream with 35% fat on the fire and heat up to 80 degrees. Then fill them with chopped white chocolate and stir until completely dissolved. Let the mixture cool and add the remaining cream. Stir, cover with foil and put in the refrigerator to infuse for 3 hours.
