Break the eggs into another dish, add the yolks to them and add the required amount of sugar. With a mixer at medium speed, beat everything into a fluffy mass. Then pour melted chocolate and butter to this mixture and mix everything. Last of all, pour flour and salt sifted on a sieve into this mass and quickly knead the dough with a mixer. The kneaded dough can be stored in the refrigerator for several hours.
