In a bowl, mix dry ingredients: sifted flour, soda, cocoa, vanillin.

In a separate bowl, mix eggs, granulated sugar, kefir and vegetable oil.

Pour the resulting liquid mixture to dry and mix thoroughly. The dough is smooth. Shiny, medium-thick. Add cherries to the dough, after defrosting it and draining the juice. If the berries are fresh, then remove the seeds, drain the juice and then add to the dough.

Grease the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil and put the prepared dough into it. We put the bowl in the multicooker, close the lid, select the “Baking” program for forty-five minutes and press “Start”.
