According to the proposed recipe, you can cook chocolate instead of the traditional Easter cake for Easter. You cannot buy such pastries in the store. The cake will turn out to be airy and moist, and it will look very beautiful.

Pour warm (no more than 40 °) milk into a separate bowl, crush fresh yeast into it, add 2 tablespoons each of flour and sugar and mix well with a whisk. Leave this mixture for 15 minutes for the yeast to start working. The mixture should be covered with a fluffy hat.

Break the eggs into a bowl for kneading the dough, add sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt to them and rub until white with a whisk.

Add vegetable oil and butter melted in the microwave to the eggs, and mix everything.

Then pour the milk and yeast into this mixture. Whisk gently again.

Then add flour in portions, also sifted on a sieve, and knead the dough. The amount of flour can be more, because it depends on the size of the eggs, the quality of the flour and the fat content of the milk.

Put the kneaded and gathered dough on the table, sprinkle it with flour, and continue kneading with your hands for 10-15 minutes so that the dough does not stick to your hands.

Transfer the kneaded dough to any dish, cover with a napkin and put in a warm place for 1.5 hours.

During this time, the dough should fit well and increase in volume by 2–3 times.

After this time, wrinkle the dough with your hand. Add some chopped chocolate and any chopped nuts to it. Mix the dough with chocolate and nuts again.

Divide the prepared dough into equal pieces and place in special baking tins. Fill the molds no more than ½ of their volume. Then cover them with a towel and leave for 1.5 hours for the dough to come up one more time.

Bake the chocolate cakes in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 15-25 minutes, depending on the size of the molds. Test the cakes for doneness with a thin wooden stick.
