Chocolate pie with cherries on kefir

This cake has a moist but porous dough. This is the result of the "interaction" of the correct proportions of kefir, soda, butter, cocoa and flour. Cherries, of course, provide additional juiciness. It is best to serve the cake chilled so that the texture is completely formed.

Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla until fluffy.

Add melted butter, kefir, mix.

We introduce flour, cocoa and soda, mix. The dough turns out to be quite thick.

Grease the cake pan with butter and sprinkle with flour. Alternatively, cover with oiled parchment. If the mold is silicone, no lubrication is required. We spread the dough into the prepared form, level it over the entire area. Spread the cherries evenly on the surface of the dough. Sprinkle with almond petals.

We put the cake pan in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake for thirty-five to forty minutes. We check the readiness of the product with a wooden skewer.
