In a bowl, mix cocoa with added sugar. Then pour milk into it and add butter, which should already be flooded. Mix the mass well with a whisk or fork until the sugar dissolves. The cream should turn out to be liquid. We measure out about 200 ml of the cream: we will use it as an impregnation, but for now we put it aside.

Break three eggs into the second part of the cream. We pass the flour through a sieve and also add it to our mass along with the baking powder. Mix thoroughly until uniform consistency and color.

Lubricate the mold with butter and pour the dough into it. We try to do this evenly so that the cake does not fall through after baking. Distribute the cherries on top and slightly press them down so that they sink deeper into the dough.
