Lamb shulum in a saucepan

Shulum is the first and second in one pan, it is easy to prepare. But it will take about 2 hours to bring the meat to softness. Meat with vegetables with a thick and rich broth will become one of your favorite dishes.

Wash the meat, cut it, put it in a saucepan and fill it with water.

Peel the garlic, onion, and carrot. When the broth boils, skim off the foam and add the whole vegetables to the pan. Continue cooking for 1.5-2 hours.

When the meat begins to come off the bone, remove it from the broth. Separate the meat from the bones, chop and return to the broth.

Cut the boiled carrots into slices and return to the broth.

Strain the boiled onions and garlic through a sieve directly into the broth.

Cut bell peppers into strips, potatoes and tomatoes into cubes. Add vegetables to broth.

Then add tomato paste to the shulum for color and cook until the potatoes are tender. When the soup is ready, remove the pan from the heat, add the chopped herbs and red onion, cover and let sit for 10 minutes. Serve hot in deep bowls.
