Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
We wash the lamb on the bone, chop or cut into compact pieces. We place the meat in the multicooker bowl, fill it with the specified amount of water. We also put one onion unpeeled from the husk - it will give a beautiful color to the broth. We close the multicooker and select the "Stew" or "Soup" mode for two hours. After the specified time has elapsed, remove the lamb on a plate and let cool. After that, separate the meat from the bone and place it back in a clean multicooker bowl.

Filter the resulting broth through a fine sieve.

Peel the potatoes and carrots, rinse and cut into large cubes. We send the chopped root vegetables to the multicooker bowl to the lamb. We wash the tomatoes, dry them, cut out the trace from the stalk and cut into slices. We send tomatoes to potatoes with carrots. We clean the bell peppers from seeds and stalks, after which we cut the pulp into thick strips, put them in a bowl. Peel the garlic, chop it with a knife and pour over the peppers. We free the second onion from the husk, cut into thin rings and send it after the garlic to the vegetables.

Fill the ingredients in the bowl with the strained broth. Add salt to taste, black pepper, coriander and bay leaf. Close the lid of the appliance and press the "Soup" or "Stew" mode for one hour.
