Wild duck shulum at the stake

What a delicious wild duck shulum turns out. It can be cooked on a fire in nature right after the hunt. But you don't have to be an avid hunter to enjoy this great dish.

The wild duck must be plucked and put in water for half an hour to soak.

Cut the meat into small pieces.

Wash the tomatoes and cut into wedges.

Remove the husk from the onion and chop finely. Peel and grate the carrots.
