Beef shulum with potatoes on the stove

A rich and aromatic soup made from beef and potatoes will be very useful in the cold autumn period. It will warm you up and give you strength. This recipe is based on the famous shulum soup. On the stove, it turns out to be no less tasty than on the fire.

Wash the beef, put in a saucepan, cover with water and cook for 1.5 hours over medium heat, stirring occasionally and skimming off the foam.

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into large wedges.
