Aromatic spicy shurpa can be made at home in a saucepan. The addition of beef will make the dish nutritious and rich. Suitable for friendly family dinners.

Divide the beef into large pieces. We put them in a large pot of water and put them on the stove.

Remove the boiled beef from the pan. Cool and cut into smaller pieces.
