Chicken breast shurpa

Shurpa is a hearty thick soup with vegetables and meat. With chicken breast, you will get the easiest version of this dish. To add juiciness to the meat and make the soup rich, be sure to fry the vegetables.

Wash the meat, transfer to a saucepan and cover with water. Cook for 50-60 minutes, skim off the foam from the surface of the broth.

Peel and chop the onions and carrots. Cut the tomatoes into wedges. Peel the bell peppers and cut into strips. Fry vegetables in vegetable oil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, covered.
