Chicken leg shurpa

The first dish is an obligatory part of the usual diet. To diversify your lunch menu, prepare a rich chicken shurpa.

Wash vegetables and herbs, peel onions, potatoes and carrots. Cut the onion into half rings, pepper into strips, potatoes into cubes, carrots into slices.

Wash the chicken meat, put it in a saucepan and cover with water. Place the saucepan on the stove over medium heat.

When the broth comes to a boil, remove the froth and add the chopped onion. Cook for 40-60 minutes.

Then add carrots and coriander.

After another 15 minutes, add the potatoes to the soup, bring to a boil and reduce heat. Add pepper after 10 minutes. Continue cooking the shurpa until the potatoes are tender.
