It is with great pleasure that I want to share my favorite recipe for shurpa made from pork and beef. The dish turns out with an incredible bright aroma and incomparable taste. Prepare such a shurpa for a festive celebration and your guests will be delighted.

Prepare the seasoning mixture. In a small container, combine the dried vegetable mixture, cumin, ground coriander and black pepper. Mix well. Choose spices according to your preferences.

Rinse pork and beef under water, then pat dry with paper towels and chop into large pieces. Fry in a well-heated frying pan with the addition of vegetable oil until an even golden brown color. Peel the carrots, cut into large pieces and add to the pan. Stir occasionally, fry until softened.

Wash the bell peppers and tomatoes, then place in boiling water for a few minutes.

Then carefully peel the skins off the vegetables. Peel the bell pepper from seeds and core. Cut the stem off the tomatoes. Finely chop the peeled vegetables.

Peel the garlic. Rinse the dill and green onions thoroughly in cool water, and then shake off excess moisture and chop with a knife.

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and then peel them using a vegetable peeler. Coarsely chop the peeled potatoes. Peel the onions, rinse and cut into feathers.

Put the fried meat in a deep saucepan, add potatoes, onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, chopped herbs, garlic, the seasoning mixture that you have prepared, and salt. Pour in drinking water so that it completely covers the dish. Stir, cover and cook for about 1 hour over low heat, stirring occasionally.
