Pork shurpa in a slow cooker

Appetizing shurpa can be cooked not only in a saucepan or cauldron, but also in a multicooker. This cooking method, I consider the most successful and convenient. The consistency of the hot dish is perfect, the ingredients are delicate and melt in your mouth.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 9
Wash the pork, boil the meat in salted water for about an hour. Separate the prepared meat from the bones and chop finely. Peel the onions, rinse and chop finely. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, put onions and meat. On the appliance panel, set the "Frying" or "Baking" mode, the cooking time is 20 minutes.
step 2 out of 9
Wash the carrots, peel them with a vegetable peeler, cut into small pieces of arbitrary shape. Put in a multicooker bowl and, stirring occasionally with a silicone spatula, fry until soft.
step 3 out of 9
Wash the tomatoes, dry them, remove the stalk and chop finely.
step 4 out of 9
Rinse bell peppers thoroughly under cool water, then peel from seeds and core, and also chop finely. It is desirable that the method for cutting all the ingredients is identical. This will make the dish look nicer.
step 5 out of 9
Put the prepared vegetables in the multicooker bowl and, stirring occasionally, simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
step 6 out of 9
Wash the potatoes, peel them with a vegetable peeler, chop them arbitrarily and put them in the multicooker bowl. Then pour in boiling water or meat broth. Add salt and black pepper. On the multicooker panel, select the "Cooking" or "Stewing" program, the cooking time is 35 minutes. Close the lid and cook until the end of the program.
step 7 out of 9
Rinse your favorite greens thoroughly in cool running water, shake off excess moisture. Chop the dill stalks coarsely, chop the herbs with a sharp knife.
step 8 out of 9
After the beep, open the lid of the multicooker, put the chopped herbs, bay leaf and black peppercorns. Mix gently. Close the lid of the device, set the "Heating" mode and let it brew for 20 minutes.
step 9 out of 9
Serve fragrant pork shurpa cooked in a multicooker on the table in portions. Serve sour cream if desired.

Have fun with fragrant shurpa!
