Bluefoot in the marinade for the winter

For those who do not like to mess with preservation, I want to offer a simple and quick recipe for blue feet in marinade for the winter. The marinated appetizer has an incredible taste and aroma; it will wonderfully decorate both a dinner and any festive table. Blue feet are tender and crispy. Be sure to try cooking.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 3
Go through the bruises, peel them and rinse them in cool water. Put the prepared blue feet in a saucepan. Put on medium heat, cover with cold water, so that it completely covers the mushrooms. Bring to a boil, boil for 20 minutes, drain through a sieve or colander. Rinse well under cold water, let excess liquid drain.
step 2 out of 3
Pour the washed blue feet with the required amount of cold drinking water. Then add salt, allspice, black peppercorns and bay leaf. Place over medium heat and bring to a boil. Boil for about 15-20 minutes. Wash the jars and sterilize in a convenient way. Pour boiling water over the lids or boil. Pour 2 teaspoons of vinegar into each jar.
step 3 out of 3
Gently remove the hot saucepan from the heat. Using a ladle, spread the bruises tightly, and then cover with hot marinade. Tighten hot jars well with sterile lids. Turn hot jars with blue feet in the marinade upside down, wrap them in a warm blanket and leave in this state until they cool completely. Then move the jars to a dark, cool place or to the refrigerator for storage.

Bon Appetit!
